IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Requirements

  • Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP experience.

  • Excellent Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID.

  • Experience with VMware, storage and backup technologies.

  • Strong networking knowledge covering LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing and switching.

  • Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • PowerShell / scripting

  • AZ-104 or AZ-800

  • Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert

  • CCNA/CCDA, CompTIA or ITIL

  • CISSP

  • AKS, CI/CD, GitHub Enterprise and Infrastructure as Code

  • Infrastructure/device monitoring experience.
